Your purchases help us in our efforts to support the Alpha Resource Center of Santa Barbara, recycle useable goods and provide employment. We appreciate your patronage and hope that you enjoy your shopping experience. Our house practices and store rules, listed below, help us serve our customers fairly and operate our business cost-effectively:
House Practices

All items are sold AS IS. To help customers determine if an item works, we have a testing table and batteries available in the furniture area. Customers can also bring in any equipment necessary to determine if an item works.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the items you would like to purchase; all sales are final.

Items without prices will not be sold, but will be sent through our pricing procedure again. An item without a price must go through our store pricing procedure and will be put out on the sales floor after it is priced. Pricing cannot be done on request.

All prices are fixed.

Items with price tags torn, removed or altered will not be sold.

Items that have not been paid for can be held no longer than two hours.

No items, other than furniture that has been paid for, can be held overnight.

All furniture purchases must be picked up by store closing of the following day.
We accept Cash, Travelers' Checks, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card with a Photo ID.
Store Rules
- No eating or drinking while in the store.
- Please attend to your children while shopping.
