ALPHA THRIFT STORE
- Alpha Thrift Store has been a dynamic member of the Santa Barbara Community for over thirty years. Our long success has been due to many factors, but primarily to the community's active support of Santa Barbarans with developmental disabilities. This support has had a positive impact on all of us: besides providing financial support for the services offered by Alpha Resource Center, Alpha Thrift Store also serves as a significant recycling agent, a source of material goods for people who may not have other alternatives and an established community employer of people both with and without disabilities. Besides, it's a fun and popular place to shop!
With a history almost as long as Alpha School, Alpha Thrift Store has consistently been voted the "Best Thrift Store" in Santa Barbara in the annual poll conducted by the Santa Barbara Independent.
